Breaded Provolone

4 Servings
8 sweet provolone's slices, 2 eggs,  flour q.s., breadcrums, sweet paprika, salt , pepper, oil.

Remove the provolone's slice  peel, put in the flour , then put in  the beaten and salted eggs and after in the mixed bredcrums with 2 or 3 sprinkles of sweet paprika. Fry in boiling hot oil, dry on absorbent paper, season again with  paprika and serve hot.
