4 big slices of brown bread, 100 g sausages, 50 g butter, 1 clove of garlic, caraway seeds.
Soften the butter and, in the meantime, chop finely the clove of garlic; mix the softened butter and the garlic until the compound becomes creamy. Smear it on the slices of bread and cut them in 3 parts. Put on each slice of bread a piece of grilled sausage and garnish with some cumin.
